DO’s

DO Keep cabinet doors closed at all times

DO Preheat pies etc, before placing product into pie warmer cabinet - pie warmers are not ovens, they are a holding cabinet designed to maintain the products temperature
only.

DO Clean air vents inside the refrigerated cabinets daily.

DO Clean condensers at least once every month for adequate airflow and to prevent over heating of the condenser unit.

DO Use a specified stainless steel polish on the stainless steel finishes, this will aid in the prevention of fingerprint marks on the stainless steel surfaces.

DO Ensure that air vents in the refrigerated cabinets are fitted correctly after cleaning if fitted incorrectly, it will restrict the air flow, increasing cabinets temperature dramatically, and may damage refrigeration system (see figure c).

DON’Ts

DO NOT Clean heated cabinet when hot, wait for it to cool down first.

DO NOT Place any objects over air vents of the refrigerated cabinets, this will restrict the air flow of the refrigeration system and may cause permanent damage.

DO NOT Store boxes etc in front of air vents on refrigerated or heated cabinets, this will restrict the air flow of the heated or refrigeration system causing permanent damage.

DO NOT Place hot food into ambient or refrigerated cabinets, this will cause condensation inside the cabinet and may cause the coil to freeze up. Refrigerated cabinets are not designed for cooling hot food!

DO NOT Run heated cabinets higher than 85 degrees C.

DO NOT Hose or allow flowing water around or under the cabinets at any time, electrocution of an individual may be the end result.

DO NOT Tamper with the digital controller, they are preset in the factory for optimum results.

DO NOT Leave refrigerated cabinet doors open on hot days, using the cold air to cool down with, this may cause the refrigeration system to over heat, may cause the coil to freeze, heating the cabinet up.

DO NOT Leave refrigerated doors open any longer than necessary, even on cooler days, as this will increase humidity inside the cabinet, which may cause the coil to freeze up.

DO NOT Use strong detergents on stainless steel, laminate, or wood finishes. Only use warm soapy water on laminated and wood finishes which have a clear lacquerapplied to the surface.
